"Heads I win tails you lose"- That is the sort of envious position Pawan Kalyan is in today. In the likelihood of a separate Andhra state being formed the capital city would be Vizag or Vijayawada. Now Pawan Kalyan it is widely believed has invested extensively in both these towns in real estate.
He is reportedly said to have about 3 acres of land just in the posh Moghalrajpuram area of Vijayawada. If a separate state is not to be formed Hyderabad would remain the capital of the state. In that scenario there is no doubt that Pawan Kalyan has extensively already invested in and around Hyderabad.
